Following the government policies for privatization, achievement of strategic programming and technology reformation of Iran Tractor Manufacturing Co., VARAGH KARN TABRIZ Co. was established in 1993 by five senior and experienced managers of the said company and began its activities officially in 1994 by producing many kinds of sheet metal parts for tractor. This factory has been constructed in an area of 10000 sq. meters with the foundation of 6000 sq. meters located at km.5 Tabriz - Tehran road, Tabriz International Trade Fair Ave. with a paid capital amounting to Rls 350,000,000 assets amounting to Rls. 20,000,000,000 and yearly producing capacity of 10,000 tons.

At the present, VARAGH KARAN TABRIZ Co. is one of the leading producers of the body parts for automobile and tractor in Iran.

This factory produces yearly a large amount of body parts and puts at the disposal of automobile and tractor manufacturers. It is worth to mention that, such produced body parts has been exported with the said production to the foreign countries such as Africa, South America and Arabic countries.

At the present, VARAGH KARAN TABRIZ Co. is one of the reliable producers of the sheet metal parts in Iran considering its experienced specialists and advanced possibilities. This factory is able to provide all requirements of the customers at the shortest time according to the current standards.
