ما برای حفظ اعتماد مشتری که با ارزشترین سرمایه ای است که طی هفتاد سال فعالیت در تهیه و فروش زعفران بدست آورده ایم، خود را ملزم به انجام اقدامات کنترلی و نظارتی دقیقی می دانیم که فرآیند پیچیده ای را از مزرعه تا مصرف در بر می گیرد.

زعفران سحرخیز به عنوان واحدی که همیشه توجه به اصل اساسی کیفیت را سرلوحه فعالیت خود قرار داده است، در پاسخ به استقبال و اعتماد روزافزون مشتریان و در راستای پیاده سازی اهداف کیفی خود، اقدام به تاسیس لابراتوارمجهزی نموده است و موفق به اخذ استاندارد ملی با شماره 259-1 از موسسه استاندارد و تحقیقات صنعتی ایران و اسقرار و اخذ گواهینامه های بین المللی HACCP and ISO 9001 2000 از SGS نموده است.

این واحد در راستای برآوردن نیاز عمومی به محصولی با کیفیت و مطابق با استانداردهای معتبر ملی و بین المللی، کلیه محصولات خود را پس از تایید واحد کنترل کیفیت، در محیطی کاملا بهداشتی و با استفاده از فناوری پیشرفته و بهره گیری از کارشناسان، متخصصین و کارکنان متعهد، تولید و بسته بندی می نماید.

در این سیستم به جهت ردیابی بهتر، به هر زعفران در بدو ورود شناسنامه و کدی تعلق می گیرد که در نهایت بر روی محصول نهایی درج می شود و بدینسان کلیه زعفران مصرفی در هر مرحله از تولید، قابل ردیابی و کنترل می باشد. برای هر کد پس از نمونه برداری، آزمونهایی از قبیل رنگ افزودنی و آزمونهای میکروبی، درصد رطوبت، قدرت رنگی ، میزان تلخی و سافرانوال ( شاخص عطر زعفران ) و غیره صورت می گیرد.

نتایج کلیه آزمونها در بازه های سه ماه توسط واحد کنترل کیفیت مورد تحلیل قرار می گیرد، نتایج این تحلیل در انتخاب تامین کنندگان بهتر زعفران و ارتقاء سطح کیفی محصول و نهایتا تامین رضایت مشتریان نقش موثر دارد.

ما با استقرار و پیاده سازی استاندارد بین المللی HACCP تمام تلاش خود را در جهت کنترل کلیه نقاط بحرانی کیفیت، با ایجاد محیطی مطمئن و در نظر گرفتن کلیه مسائل کنترلی و بهداشتی بکار بسته ایم.
