شركت صنايع تبديلي گلستان يكي از واحدهاي زير مجموعه شركت توسعه كشت وصنعت ملي مي باشد. اين شركت يكي از بزرگترين واحدهاي صنعتي تبديلي كشور بوده كه فعاليت آن در زمينه موارد ذيل مي باشد:

الف- انجام هرگونه فعاليتهاي مربوط به توليد و تبديل و عرضه و فروش محصولات اصلي و فرعي و همچنين ايجاد هرگونه صنايع و تاسيسات و مبادرت به واردات و صادرات خريد و فروش ماشين آلات ، وسايل ، مواد و محصولات و ايجاد، اعطاء و يا قبول نمايندگي در داخل و خارج.

ب- مبادرت به هرگونه عمليات و معاملات مجاز كه بطور مستقيم يا غير مستقيم براي انجام فعاليتهاي مذكور در بند الف ضروري و مفيد باشد.

ج- مشاركت در ساير شركتها كه موضوع آنها با فعاليت مندرج در بند الف منطبق يا مرتبط باشد از طريق مشاركت در تاسيس يا خريد سهام شركت مزبور.

مركز اصلي شركت در مسير جاده ارتباطي استانهاي مازندران ، گلستان ، سمنان و خراسان شمالي واقع در شهر گرگان جاده كمربندي بوده كه در زميني به مساحت بالغ بر60000 مترمربع ومساحت زير بنايي حدود 21000 مترمربع مي باشد كه شامل بخشهاي اداري ، بازرگاني،مالي،كشاورزي ،كنترل كيفي، تحقيق و توسعه ،توليد ، انبار ، سردخانه ، تاسيسات مرتبط  و خدمات و غيره مي باشد.
